When we began looking for a spa I had no idea it was going to be nearly as complex as shopping for a new car with choices like options, quality, reviews, warranty, colours etc.  After spending a considerable amount of time “shopping around” to educate myself it became clear to me that Arctic Spas hot tubs had the right sales staff, the right product & the right idea.

Coming from a mechanical background I was more interested in the inner workings of a spa then I was in the visual esthetics.  I wanted to know what made them tic from the inside out.  They were able to answer any questions I had, and with considerable knowledge.  This was what I wanted to hear.
